### Add New PR

This APIs endpoint allows you to make an HTTP POST request to add a purchase requisition (PR) to an Dice.

### Request Body

| Params   | Required  | Type    | Description                                                      |
| -------- | --------- | ------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| category | Mandatory | Integer | The category of the purchase request.                            |
| address  | Mandatory | Integer | The address associated with the purchase request.                |
| files    | Optional  | Array   | An array of files related to the purchase request.               |
| title    | Mandatory | String  | The title or name of the purchase request.                       |
| items    | Mandatory | Array   | An array containing details of items in the purchase request.    |
| id       | Mandatory | Integer | The unique ID of the item.                                       |
| count    | Mandatory | Integer | The quantity or count of the item.                               |
| remarks  | Mandatory | String  | Remarks associated with the item.                                |
| vendors  | Optional  | Array   | An array containing details of vendors associated with the item. |
| delivery | Optional  | String  | Details related to the delivery of the purchase request.         |
| currency | Optional  | String  | The currency code for the purchase request.                      |

The response will contain a boolean field "success", indicating whether the PR addition was successful or not.
